Just do it.

This dress is the perfect length, very comfortable and if this is the style you wear all the time.I'm 5'4'' and 130lbs, bought the Medium. It's fitting but flowy. You can dress it up with heals and jewelry or simply wear flip flops. I'll definitely throw some leggings under it this fall.
